The Data Center Advisory Council (DCAC) in Morgan County

Being a good neighbor in Morgan County starts with listening. We created the Data Center Advisory Council (DCAC) to give local leaders an active voice in how we invest in the community, keeping our work transparent, accountable, and focused on our neighbors’ needs as our presence in Morgan County grows.

Why we created the DCAC

Our long-term success in Morgan County depends on the trust and support of the people who live here. The DCAC gives us an open, structured way to stay connected to the community, listen to concerns early, and make sure our investments reflect what residents need and want to see.

Through the council, we aim to:

• Provide open and clear communications so the community always has visibility into what we are doing and why.
• Build a real feedback loop, ensuring residents’ priorities directly guide where and how we invest locally.
• Deepen our collaboration with local advocates, working together to track and measure the real impact of our programs in Morgan County.
  

Who serves on the DCAC

The DCAC brings together trusted local residents from outside county government — including civic leaders, nonprofit directors, educators, faith leaders, environmental stewards, and local business owners. Together they reflect the diversity of our community and understand what matters most in Morgan County.
